On my journey to acquiring my Children's Theatre minor I have been fortunate enough to work with the Children's Theatre of Oklahoma as a performer, Project Princess as a character entertainer, and an entertainer at Kings Dominion Amusement Park in the children's shows. During my time in college I have worked hard to learn the best TYA practices and was overjoyed to receive the Claire Jone's Scholarship Award for Excellence in Children's Theatre as well as the John Michael Scott Award for Excellence in Children's Theatre from Oklahoma City University. My involvement with  Children's Theatre at a young age inspired my passion for performing and I have always made it a mission to give back to the community that made such a deep impact in my life.
